Kelly Bradshaw was called to the Bar in Ontario in Ontario in 1995. She also practiced law in Alberta before joining the B.C. Bar in 2008.
Kelly Bradshaw has been practicing law since her call to the Ontario Bar in 1995. She also practiced law in Alberta before joining the B.C. Bar in 2008.
Ms. Bradshaw has devoted her practice to criminal litigation, having conducted trials in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts, including many Jury trials. She has represented individuals charged with a wide range of offenses, such as drug charges, assaults, robbery, and murder.
Ms. Bradshaw has also successfully argued cases involving violations of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, such as unreasonable search and seizure and breaches of the right to counsel, which have resulted in the exclusion of evidence from the trial, and acquittals for her clients.
