Cora Wilson is the founder and sole owner of C.D. Wilson Law Corporation. She is a Strata Lawyer, Educator, Publisher & Editor of the condominium publication, Voice from the Strata-Sphere (since 1998), and co-author of the book Strata Property Act, A Practical Guide to Bylaws.
Ms. Wilson has been practising law for over 20 years with strata law being her preferred area of practice. She has been involved in most aspects of condominium law including leaky condo litigation, general litigation, dispute resolution, governance, financing, collections, administrator appointments, construction and development. She has also arbitrated condominium disputes.
Ms. Wilson has completed all the building envelope courses for architects and engineers and holds a certificate from the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (December, 1999). In addition to speaking at numerous conferences on Wet Buildings for the Homeowner Protection Office, Strata-sphere Condominium Services Inc., Appraisal Institute and the Real Estate Board and others, Ms. Wilson has also taken numerous courses in the area of advanced construction design, stucco application, mould and other Leaky Condo related issues.
Ms. Wilson was a frequent presenter on condominium issues at Malaspina University College (now Vancouver Island University) from 1995 to 2002. She has been a frequent guest speaker on condominium issues for CHOA and various other organizations since 1988. She was also a presenter for The Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia in 2006.

Kelly Bradshaw was called to the Bar in Ontario in Ontario in 1995. She also practiced law in Alberta before joining the B.C. Bar in 2008.
Ms. Bradshaw has devoted her practice to criminal litigation, having conducted trials at both the Provincial and Supreme Court level, including many Jury trials. She has represented individuals charged with a wide range of offenses, including drug offenses, assaults, robbery, and murder. Ms. Bradshaw has also successfully argued cases involving violations of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, such as unreasonable search and seizure and breaches of the right to counsel, which have resulted in the exclusion of evidence from the trial, and acquittals for her clients.
