 Our Team 

Rhona Allan - Conveyancer Rhona has been working as a conveyancer in Nanaimo since 1971. Previous to that, Rhona was a licensed Real Estate Agent (1965 to 1970). Rhona has taken care of the conveyancing requirements for C.D. Wilson Law Corporation since 2000 and we won’t let her leave. With Rhona's years of experience, patience and insight into the world of real estate, no conveyance is too complicated. She always completes the transactions efficiently and on time. Rhona is a joy to work with and everyone looks up to her as a role model exhibiting integrity, dignity, grace and professionalism.

Cindy Bartlett  - Legal Accounting Cindy brings a wealth of experience and common sense to C.D. Wilson Law Corporation.  She joined our firm in January, 2004, after working in several law offices in Nanaimo, since 1998. Cindy is responsible for all of the firm's accounting, and brings to C. D. Wilson her superior organization skills and extraordinary work ethic. Cindy and her husband have also raised a family in Nanaimo and have been very active in community service for many years.  A member of Rotary Daybreak, Cindy was the Treasurer for 2009-2010.

Mary Milner - Legal Assistant       Mary joined C. D. Wilson in August of 2004 after completing the  legal support staff program at Malaspina University-College. Mary provides support in areas as diverse as bylaws, collection  of strata arrears, real estate development, small claims and wills.   Mary is also our tireless office manager.

Willow Hartig - Receptionist / Legal Assistant Willow joined our firm as a Legal Assistant in February, 2011.  She has efficiently provided legal assistant services to clients for more than 10 years, particularly in the area of securities and corporate law.  Willow brings her skills and knowledge - as well as her engaging personality - to C. D. Wilson, and we are fortunate to have her as a member of our team.  In addition to her duties at C.D. Wilson, Willow is the Assistant Editor for "Voice from the Strata-Sphere", a publication created by Cora D. Wilson for those living and working within the strata property community.

Becky is the newest member of C. D. Wilson, having joined the firm in April, 2011.  Becky recently moved to Nanaimo, and has more than 20 years of legal assistant experience.  Becky is efficient and well-organized, and provides invaluable assistance on many of our litigation files.

Joining our firm as Receptionist in July 2007. The title Receptionist does not do justice when describing Katherine's invaluable contribution to the day to day operation of C. D. Wilson Law Corporation.  Whether it's greeting and directing callers to the right person, assisting in the preparation of materials for court and so much more – Katherine is an important contributing member of C.D. Wilson.
