Kelly Bradshaw has practiced as a criminal defence lawyer since 1995, and has represented individuals charged with a wide range of offenses, such as drug charges, impaired driving, assault, robbery, and murder. 
Ms. Bradshaw offers a wide-range of services, including representation during courtroom proceedings – bail hearings, bail reviews, preliminary hearings and trials – as well as representing clients during negotiations with Crown counsel. Ms. Bradshaw will examine your case to determine if any of your rights under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms have been violated, such as unreasonable search and seizure or breaches of your right to counsel, and will vigorously argue the case on your behalf.
